The city of Nashua is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Benefits Department as a Wellness Benefits Specialist. This position organizes and implements comprehensive programs and activities to support employees’ mental, physical and financial health to positively impact claims experience. Responsibilities include promoting wellness and fitness initiatives throughout the city and school district, creates, designs and implements classes, speakers, seminars, and identifies cost-effective wellness programs and incentives. The position is Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Grade 12, hourly rate dependent upon experience.
