The city of Worcester seeks applicants for a Water Filtration Laboratory Supervisor for the DPW and parks, responsible for acceptance of samples to perform chemical/microbiological analysis, ensure completion of work by analysts, and maintain workflow for timely analysis of samples and delivery of results. The employee will perform routine and complex physical, chemical, and microbiological analysis of raw, treated, distribution and sewer samples for the city and clients to ensure monitoring within federal and state drinking water standards.
Salary Range: $32.73-$39.95 hourly, full-time, with an excellent benefits package.
