Reporting directly to the Assistant General Manager, the Utility Engineering Manager will manage the Engineering Department and perform a variety of electrical engineering functions. This role works closely with other department personnel to support the construction, operation, and maintenance of the town’s electric distribution system.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
- Strong understanding of power systems engineering
- Ability to safely and correctly use personal protective equipment required for work on a high-voltage distribution system
Preferred Qualifications:
- Three or more years of utility engineering experience

Compensation:
Salary is commensurate with experience. The anticipated range for this position is $140,000 – $180,000.
