DUTIES/KNOWLEDGE – Proficient understanding of highway equipment operation, construction techniques, maintenance protocols, and possession of a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL Class B). Familiarity with safety practices in the field, along with the capability to communicate effectively and appropriately with town personnel, officials, and the public, both verbally and in written form. Competence in executing heavy manual labor in diverse weather conditions, while adhering to established methods, procedures, and safety measures.
