TREASURER/COLLECTOR

The town of Orleans is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to serve as the Treasurer/Collector. In this key management role, you will perform administrative, supervisory and technical work involving the receipt, disbursement and investment of town funds, the borrowing of money and the collection of all monies due to the town. Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in public administration, finance, business, accounting or related field;
  • Three years of responsible experience in business or financial management;
  • Experience in municipal cash management desirable; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
