The town of Rochester is seeking experienced applicants for the full-time position of Town Planner. The Town Planner acts as the primary inter-board liaison on land use matters. The position provides technical assistance, advises town boards and departments on issues relating to land use regulation and permitting, municipal planning, open space preservation, economic development, and affordable housing.
