The town of Corinth, Maine is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Town Manager. Corinth is a steadily growing community with a population of 2,870 and a Selectmen/Town Meeting/Town Manager form of government, and has a municipal budget of $3.2 million including schools and four FT and PT municipal employees.
The Board is seeking an individual with strong budget and financial management skills, knowledge of personnel management, public works operations, and experience with general municipal office operations and financial software. Candidates should also possess excellent written and oral communication skills, grant writing experience, organizational skills and have demonstrated leadership ability. Municipal management experience is preferred, but candidates with comparable work experience are encouraged to apply. Salary negotiable based on experience and training.
