The town of Lanesborough invites candidates to learn about the opportunity to be the next Lanesborough Town Administrator, who serves as the day-to-day leader of the municipality. The Select Board is looking for an experience municipal leader with finance and management expertise to be the next Town Administrator. The successful candidate will have a track record of building consensus and engaging with a wide-ranging set of community stakeholders to effectively balance varied interests. The next Town Administrator must be adept to overseeing organization change in a complex and dynamic environment. The anticipated hiring range is $100k – $110k, depending on qualifications and experience.
