$140,000–$185,000 DOQ – The town of West Boylston, a small Central Massachusetts community governed by a five-member Select Board and Open Town Meeting, is seeking an experienced, dedicated, and collaborative Town Administrator who understands small towns to lead daily municipal operations, support long-term strategic and financial planning, oversee human resources, economic development, and procurement, serve as the town’s ADA Coordinator, and be instrumental in revising the town’s Special Act to better reflect our current and future governance needs.
