Under the direction of the Leominster Recreation Director, Assistant Director and Summer Program Director, the Therapeutic Specialist implements recreational programming that is inclusive, adaptive and appropriate for youth with varying abilities. This position is responsible for providing support to summer recreation programs for youth with disabilities. Must be enthusiastic, patient and a positive role mode.
