In this role, you will be the go-to support for our fast-paced and hardworking environment. From managing complex administrative tasks to keeping everything running smoothly, your contributions will make a real difference every day. What we are looking for: associate degree and three years of Human Resources experience and/or municipal office experience; advanced knowledge with computers and Microsoft Office is required and a valid driver’s license required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.

This position is guaranteed through April 2026, with the possibility of extension in 30-day increments through June 30, 2026. At that time, the position will be reevaluated based on the town’s needs.

Schedule and Pay information: This position works 35 hours per week, Monday-Wednesday between 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Thursdays 8 a.m. – 7 a.m. and Friday 8 a.m. – 12 p.m. Non-union position (grade 8) pay scale starting at $61,225.32 annually with the ability to move through the pay scale via step system to a maximum of $68,572.40.
