Under the direction of the Director of Streets and Sanitation, the position is responsible for the direction, coordination, development, and supervision of a group engaged in the installation, maintenance, repair, and operation of all electronic, electrical, and static traffic control devices. The employee oversees the Keep Worcester Clean program and all personnel assigned.
