The town of Paxton is seeking a motivated, professional to lead the Department of Public Works, encompassing the functions of highway, administration, cemetery, recreational fields and facilities and all other related work.

This position requires the experience and familiarity with all equipment associated with the town’s Highway Department. Experience in labor management, snow and ice operations, road maintenance, stormwater and infrastructure projects are required.

Applicants must be comfortable managing a department budget, attending meeting, speaking in public and dealing with questions and concerns from residents.
