The town of North Andover’s Youth & Recreation department is seeking a Social Worker to provide social and emotional assistance and programing for youth and families who utilize the town’s Youth Center resources. The ideal candidate will be organized, energetic, and possess a bachelor’s degree in social work or a related field along with one to three years of experience in a community or school-based setting. Duties include conducting assessments, providing information and referrals to services; crisis intervention and representing the Department at community advisory committees.
