The town of Plymouth seeks qualified applicants for the position of Social/Outreach Worker at the Center for Active Living.

Responsibilities include reaching out to elders of our town to identify their needs and to connect them with programs and services necessary to meet those needs. Knowledge of local services available to seniors preferred. Good public relations and communication skills required. Works under the direction of the Elder Affairs Director. Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in gerontology, or related field preferred and five years’ experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience in social programs. Massachusetts Class D driver’s license required.
