The Shared Services Coordinator engages with public health officials in North Andover, Andover, Reading, North Reading, Lynnfield, and Haverhill to design and implement program initiatives to improve health outcomes for the region. Such initiatives include training, education, community outreach strategies, research projects, advocacy, and grant writing. The Coordinator assists with managing the shared service grant budget, including preparation of an annual or bi-annual budget, regular monitoring of expenses, and compliance with grant reporting requirements. The ideal candidate is results-oriented, highly organized, possesses strong leadership skills and is capable of building strong relationships with key community stakeholders and healthcare, human service-based, and community-based organizations. Prior experience in a public health setting is strongly preferred.
Salary Range: $68,976 to $83,600 commensurate with experience. Benefits include health, dental, and life insurance, generous paid time off, FSAs, and more!
