As the primary front-counter contact, you will assist residents, process payments, balance cash drawers, prepare deposits, create mailings, and support office operations. The position also involves working with municipal financial software, assisting with online payment systems, and maintaining accurate records.

Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of related experience. Strong customer service skills, practical knowledge of basic accounting and cash handling, familiarity with financial systems, and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, are required. Candidates should also have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and a professional demeanor in fast-paced environments.
