Duties: Administer, interpret, inspect, supervise, and enforce the state building code and local zoning bylaw. Perform field inspections, enforce compliance with site plans, and investigate violations/deficiencies/infractions. Perform all other related work as required. Must have HS diploma and five years of experience supervising building construction/design; a bachelor’s degree in a field related to building construction or design is highly desirable, or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
