The town of Millis and Millis Public Schools are seeking a School Human Resources Generalist. This role will primarily serve Millis Public Schools employees while working closely with the Municipal HR Generalist to ensure consistent and coordinated HR practices across the town. Responsibilities include recruitment and onboarding, benefits administration, personnel recordkeeping, and leave management (FMLA/ADA), while ensuring compliance with applicable employment laws and serving as a resource to employees and retirees.
Qualified candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or public administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience), along with two to four years of human resources experience and working knowledge of employment laws. CORI/SORI clearance is required.
