The Concord Retirement Board seeks an Executive Director with a minimum of three to five years’ experience directing a Massachusetts retirement system. Thorough knowledge of Massachusetts Chapter 32 and PERAC regulations, as well as familiarity with Pension Technology Group (PTG) is preferred. The position will fulfill all requirements for the daily administration and operation of the retirement system. Terms of employment and salary to be negotiated.
