The town of Saugus Retirement Board seeks a highly skilled and motivated Executive Director to oversee the daily operations and administration of the Saugus Contributory Retirement System. This full-time onsite leadership role requires expertise in MGL Ch. 32, finance, benefits administration, and regulatory compliance. The Executive Director will manage retiree payroll, benefit calculations, audits, board reporting, and supervise one staff member. Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills are essential. A bachelor’s degree or five to ten years of relevant experience preferred. Salary range $95K – 125K.
