We are currently seeking qualified applicants for the full-time position of Residential Inspector/Analyst in the Assessor’s Office. Under the direct supervision of the Assistant Director of Assessing, this position is responsible for performing field work and a variety of technical and administrative tasks in the valuation of residential property. Qualified applicants will have an associate’s degree in business/public administration or in an accounting related field along with three to five years of experience in assessing, residential construction, real estate sales or property appraisal; or any equivalent combination of education and experience. Selected candidate must be willing and able to take the coursework and exam necessary to achieve MAA designation within 36 months of hire.
Anticipated hiring range: $34.78 to $39.68/hour.
