SUMMARY OF DUTIES:
The Residential Appraiser/Assessor Systems Manager is a union position that works under the direction of the Board of Assessors and Chief Appraiser. The position will be directly involved in all processes to value all properties in the city of Woburn with emphasis on property classes.
SALARY: $89,717.78
HOURS: 32.5, Mon.-Wed. 9 a.m.-4:30 p.m., Thurs. 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Fri. 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
