The Recruiter is responsible for partnering with hiring managers on a regular basis, attracting and sourcing diverse qualified applicants, and providing an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Recommended Minimum Qualifications:

Education and Experience: Associate’s degree and three to five years’ work experience in recruiting, sales, and/or sourcing; or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential functions of the job.
