Summary: The town of Topsfield (pop. 6,500) seeks qualified candidates for the part-time (19 hours/week) position of Recreation Coordinator. The Recreation Coordinator assesses the recreation needs of the community, and plans activity programing that meet those needs. They communicate with community members, and research various recreation programs. They ensure that a variety of sport, recreation and cultural programs are planned and implemented, and over time evaluate the effectiveness of these programs and identify future needs. This includes working on publicity and finances for the programs, as well as collaborating with individuals involved in running the activities. FLSA non-exempt.

Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
