Job Description
The town of Concord is seeking an experienced and motivated Public Works Supervisor – Distribution/Collection Systems to join our Water and Sewer Division. Concord is a progressive, customer-focused municipality dedicated to providing a safe, reliable water supply and effective wastewater management for residential, commercial, and institutional users. Under the general supervision of the Water and Sewer Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent, this position plans, organizes, coordinates, supervises, and participates in the daily operations of water distribution and wastewater collection systems, facilities, and related infrastructure.
The successful candidate will lead and support work crews, coordinate construction, maintenance and repair activities, oversee projects and contractors, and respond to water and sewer emergencies.
Starting salary range: $41.48 – $49.57 per hour. This is a full-time position, with a complete benefits package.
