Join the town of Upton as our next Public Health Nurse and help keep our community healthy. In this role, you’ll:
- Make home visits to assess residents’ needs
- Provide health clinics and immunizations
- Investigate communicable disease outbreaks
- Deliver wellness and health education programs
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) required; master’s in public health or nursing preferred
- Three to five years of nursing experience (public health experience a plus)
- Licensed RN in Massachusetts with current CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Up-to-date immunizations
Pay & Hours:
- 20 hours per week
- Full Salary range: $35.56 – $49.02/hour.
