The town of Shrewsbury is seeking a collaborative and forward-thinking professional to lead its Public Buildings division within the department of Public Works as Public Buildings Division Manager.

Reporting directly to the Director of Public Works, the Public Buildings Division Manager provides oversight, mentorship, and strategic direction to a team of four Assistant division Managers and 21 skilled maintenance and custodial staff. This role works closely with town department heads and the School department, fostering strong partnerships to ensure facilities are maintained to high standards while aligning with broader operational, capital, and sustainability goals.
