Wanted: Project Coordinator for Community Health. This is a full-time (40 hour) benefitted, nonunion position.

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: Convene, coordinate, and facilitate/co-facilitate a multi-sector partnership with individuals with lived experience, community agencies/service providers, and a cluster of municipalities to help identify and collaboratively address local public health and social needs; plan, conduct, and evaluate a range of community health initiatives, including addressing the short and long-term impacts of COVID-19; high priority health needs identified by local assessments such as mental health, substance use, lack of access to basic needs; domestic violence; rural isolation and its impact on access to services and community well-being.

Minimum Qualifications: B.A. or B.S in public health or related field. Prior experience in prevention, health-related outreach/communications, professional development, meeting logistics and facilitation, community organizing, and health planning. Knowledge of and skilled at logistics, outreach, follow-up, data collection, strong facilitation and presentation skills preferred. All applicants must be able to pass a criminal background/CORI check and a pre-employment physical including drug testing.
