The town of Groveland is seeking a qualified professional to fill the full-time position of Programs and Projects Manager. This position performs a wide range of management and coordination of town roadway and drainage infrastructure projects, stormwater management, regulatory compliance and coordinates other Highway Department related projects. This position is also responsible for grant administration and acts as the town’s project manager and representative on a wide range of projects.

Applicants must possess basic technical and practical knowledge of project and program management, design selection, contract bidding, awards, and management. Applicant must be able to communicate effectively in written and oral form, and excellent planning and organizational skills are required.

The position is full-time, non-exempt, 40 hours per week, benefit eligible, at an hourly rate of pay is $45.01-$47.17/hour DOQ.
