The town of Walpole is seeking a creative, organized and energetic Program Coordinator to join its Recreation department. This full-time 35 hours/week position is responsible for planning, implementing and managing a variety of recreational programs with a strong focus on youth programs and summer camps.
The ideal candidate will have an associate degree in a related field (bachelor’s preferred); three to five years experience in recreation programming and camp management; strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
