The town of Needham’s Department of Health and Human Services seeks the services of one or more motivated, smart, and enthusiastic people to provide support on special projects related to public health, aging, and youth in Needham.
The Senior Public Health Associate will work on a variety of initiatives. Project activities may include project management, policy development, quality improvement, communications, and data analysis/evaluation. She/he/they will need to feel comfortable working across disciplines to promote healthy aging and affordable housing, prepare for climate change, and pursue public health accreditation. This position will involve grant writing to advance the department’s goals. This is a non-benefit eligible position working 19.5 hours a week at a rate of $32.74/hr.
