The town of Hingham is seeking an experienced and highly capable Procurement and Contracts Manager to implement and administer procurement and contract policies and procedures for all (non-school) town of Hingham projects and purchases.

A candidate for this position will have a bachelor’s degree in public administration, business administration, or related field and four to six years of work experience in a purchasing/contracting position. Massachusetts municipal purchasing experience strongly preferred. The town may consider equivalent education and experience in determining whether a candidate has met the requisite qualifications. Certification as Massachusetts Certified Public Procurement Official (MCPPO) required within one year.
