Seeking qualified, highly skilled and experienced Purchasing Administrator. Position requires competence in the bidding process and bid documents; and working knowledge of budgets and MGL reporting requirements.

Successful candidate will possess exceptional administrative, customer service and communication skills; adept in procurement and disposition of supplies, services, and real property.

Qualifications: Associates degree in business, finance, or related field; Bachelor’s degree preferred; at least two years related experience in municipal purchasing, finance, or accounting; or any relevant combination of education and experience; Certification as MCPPO preferred, or receipt of same within one year of hire is required.
