The city of Somerville is in search of a Preventative Maintenance Manager. Under the direction of the Superintendent of Buildings, the Preventative Maintenance Manager oversees develops contracts, creates documents, and establishes the preventative maintenance of all facility and utility systems including, but not limited to, refrigeration, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), steam, condensate, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical systems. Performs other related duties that may be assigned.
Hours: Full-Time
Salary: $92,006.72 annualized, plus benefits
