The town of Stow is looking for a dedicated, community-focused law enforcement professional to serve as a Police Sergeant and join our leadership team.

Stow offers an exceptional benefits package with a base salary range of $78,280 to $90,021, with the ability to work details and overtime. The Stow Police department offers a wide variety of excellent and competitive benefits: a 3% (evenings) and 5% (midnights) shift differential, tuition reimbursement, 70/30 Health Insurance, three personal days, two weeks vacation, 15 sick days, family sick days, $1200 clothing allowance, external load bearing vests, incremental longevity pay after ive years, on-duty work out time, as well as other incentives. Final salary will be commensurate with candidate’s education, top step to be reached within three years.
