The town of Tyngsborough is seeking highly motivated, community-oriented and service-minded candidates for the position of full-time police officer.

The Tyngsborough Police Department is a progressive, community-oriented police department consisting of 27 full-time police officers, ten special police officers and seven public safety dispatchers that provides both traditional and non-traditional police service to a town of approximately 12,00 residents.

The full-time police officer salary range is $53,514.22 to $83,003.27 commensurate with years of experience and education. Additional compensation is available through shift differential and longevity pay, as well as through special event details and overtime assignments. A generous benefits package including but not limited to paid time off and health insurance is provided.
