Primary responsibilities include engaging with the public as the primary point of contact for in-person, phone and email inquiries; efficiently handling all public records requests, including body worn camera footage, in order to provide enhanced support to the public. Process arrest/incident reports, citations, become CJIS certified to assist the Chief, Detective Bureau, Command Staff, Patrol Officers, and the Court Prosecutor with preparation for arraignments and District Court Magistrate Hearings.
