Fairhaven is looking for a Planning Director that is passionate about development. The position serves as the town’s principal planner, responsible for administering the land use planning program and for developing and directing a variety of short and long‑range planning projects. The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in urban planning or a related field; plus three to five years of experience in municipal planning; or any equivalent combination of education and experience demonstrating knowledge and ability to perform duties. This is a full-time benefited position, salary range of $83,782 – $102,107 (FY25 Budgeted at step 3/9).
