Planning and CPA Coordinator
The town of Hamilton is seeking a Planning and CPA Coordinator to join our Planning and Conservation team. This part-time, 24-hour per week position ($27.83 per hour, Grade 8) is a vital role, supporting the Director of Planning and working closely with the Conservation Agent. Key responsibilities include managing office operations, coordinating meetings, and providing administrative support for the Affordable Housing Trust, Historic District Commission, and Community Preservation Committee. Additionally, the position oversees Community Preservation Act (CPA) funding processes.
Ideal candidates will hold an associate’s degree in public or business administration or a related field and have three to five years of experience in project management and grant administration.
