Under the direction of the Chief Administrative and Finance Officer, oversees all labor relations and human resource issues involving city employees. Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, public administration, or related field plus five to seven years of personnel administration experience and union relations, preferably in the public sector, or any equivalent combination of education and experience. PHR/SPHR certification desirable, juris doctor and admission to the Massachusetts Bar preferred. Bilingual.
