Essex North Shore and Technical School District is seeking a Payroll and Benefits Coordinator to join the Business Office. The Payroll and Benefits Coordinators serves as a critical member of the district’s Business Office team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associate degree or higher in a related field.
  • Minimum of five years of recent experience in payroll and benefits administration.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient with financial software programs.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to interact effectively with other school staff, and vendors.

Salary Range: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
