Principal Clerk in the Assessor’s Office
Part-time Position

The town of West Bridgewater is seeking a part-time (25 hrs/week) Principal Clerk in the Assessors’ Office. The ideal candidate should have strong computer skills knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Computer Assisted Mass Appraisal (CAMA) software. Preference given for candidates familiar with Patriot Properties’ software system and or KVS software.

An associate’s degree and or five years equivalent experience in assessing/appraisal work is preferred.
