Part-Time Benefits Assistant

Hourly Rate: $25.38 – $36.32

The town of Belmont is now accepting applications for the part-time (19 hours per week) position of Benefits Assistant. This position reports to the Human Resources Director, and is responsible for assisting in the administration of all town benefit plans offered to employees and retirees.

The ideal candidate will possess an associate degree in human resources, business administration, or related field, with three years related experience or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience which provides the requisite knowledge skills and abilities for this job. Experience with benefits administration required.

The hourly rate range is $25.38 to $36.32. Days and hours to be worked by this position will be discussed as part of the hiring process, and can be flexible. Additional hours may be available during peak periods throughout the year.
