City of Malden seeks candidates for the position of part-time Assistant City Solicitor. Assists the Solicitor with legal matters, including cases and claims through all stages of litigation and/or adjudicatory proceedings, including any appeals. Qualified candidates must have a JD degree from an accredited law school, be a member in good standing of the Massachusetts Bar, and admitted to practice before Massachusetts state and federal courts. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, deadline driven, organized, with excellent writing and analytical skills, has the ability to multitask, and handle multiple cases and assignments.
