The Outreach Coordinator for the Council on Aging for the city of Woburn provides information and referral services as well as advocacy to Woburn seniors and their families. Assists seniors as well as those with disabilities to access local services to promote well-being of individuals. Develop, enhance and maintain community relations between the city and targeted populations. Foster relationships between the city departments, community groups and agencies. The Outreach Coordinator works under the supervision of the Woburn Council on Aging Director.
