The town of Holliston is seeking applicants for the full-time position of Office Manager for the Department of Public Works. This position provides senior level administrative and clerical support to the Deputy Director and Director of the Department of Public Works.
Manages administrative duties to include departmental payroll submissions, processing bills, and monitoring expenditures. Performing recordkeeping functions requires considerable bookkeeping knowledge.
This position requires attention to detail and utilizes good judgment. Dealing with the public on issues under the department’s jurisdiction requires strong customer service skills. Working knowledge of municipal government, departments of public works or a related field is highly desirable.
The successful candidate will have a high school diploma and some college is preferred.
Must have a minimum of three years of office and customer service experience, preferably in a municipal setting or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

This is a full-time, benefits eligible position at 35 hours per week. The salary range is $26.29-$35.57 ($48,044-$65,001 annually) depending on experience.
