Office and Transportation Assistant – COA
We are looking for a dynamic administrative professional ready to work with a team of go getters and do gooders. This full-time/35 hour/week position works closely with the new Director of Elder Affairs to support keeping the organization on track and with the transportation program including dispatching van services and driver training administration.
Salary: Grade C-2 KTEU Clerical $24.43 – $29.19 10 steps (FY23 NEW HIRE SCALE). Hours: 35 hours a week: M, W, Th: 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., T: 8:30 a.m. – 7:30 p.m., F: 8 a.m. – noon.
Using your full Microsoft Office skillset, you will be responsible for payroll, bills schedules, deposits, including cash and checks, instructor invoicing, all GATRA reports, van drivers’ mileage, and schedules/trips. Answering calls and assisting with walk-in patrons, maintaining radio contact with drivers throughout the day and becoming the driver trainer.
