Summary Description
Performs administrative and office support activities for department. Duties may include fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, creation of spreadsheets and presentations, and filing. Intermediate software skills, internet research abilities and strong communication skills are required. May assist with overflow work from administrative staff and fill in for similar staff as needed.
