Under the direction of the Assistant Town Manager and the Finance Director, and working collaboratively with the Town Manager’s Office, Finance Department, and Human Resources Department, perform highly responsible and technical work focused on municipal finance and management activities and projects.  The Management Analyst serves as a member of the Finance Administration staff and supports and manages functions of the Finance Department and Town Manager’s Office and related finance and administrative functions.

This position is responsible for providing assistance to the Finance Director with financial management and reporting of grants and programs, including serving as a coordinator of the American Rescue Act Plan (ARPA) program. The Management Analyst also plays a lead role in the town’s customer service and engagement initiatives including communications with residents, businesses, and visitors, as well as assisting with the town’s social and digital media platforms and serving as the primary backup for the Town Manager’s Office.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in public administration or related field and three years of experience in municipal management. Salary: $63,000-$70,000, commensurate with experience.
